It's possible that happens because Chistmas is coming and, for who lives alone, like me, it brings also much nostalgy and sadness. Today while I was replacing my bed my look has fallen on the photo that I hold on my bedside table, a photo that i love very much, because it perfumes of " family", a photos of my grandfathers and grandmother, both in sky now and much happy because are together. When my grandfather was still in good health he was telling me many stories, sometimes funny, sometimes sad. I do not forget them and a day I hope to narrate them to my sons who, even, will make the same one with theirs. I love them, like a tresaur, It could be because every word becomes image in my mind, or because they are special history, like those which lives who has a noble mind. Who the destiny wants to make still purer with the suffering. I would like to share one of these with you, one of those which I love more. My grandfather was much poor, his father worked one day and he did not work another day, and the family went ahead in the middle of many efforts. In more, unfortunately, she drank a lot and often he was violent and she stuck he and its sister. Thus, my grandmother who loved very much her sons, above all my grandfather, was triing to defend them as a lion and at the end also it of it endured the consequences. Timid and intelligent child my grandfather was very good at school, a lot that its teacher who did not have sons wanted to adopt it, but my great-grandmother opposed herself. After to have left the school because he could not allow himself to study my grandfather decided to enlist himself and left for the war without to advise his family. But he came imprisoned and he remained in jail in Germany for approximately two years. In that period he every time wrote to the mother asking her don't be worry for him, that he was well, than did not want was in thought. My great-grandfather, instead, added to the pain of a mother its insults repeating them that my grandfather never more would not be returned. But between mother and son it is a magical and strong tie, that he exceeds space and time ..... A night my great-grandmother did not succeed to sleep, agitated and expectant she went around herself for the house like a wild animal in cage. Thus in the heart of the night, on foot barefoot, with hats melted and a scarf of wool over a long nightgown it exited of house and calling the name of my grandfather set offed along the roads of the small village. And own that night, he saw him to arrive, lean and sick man, but alive. .e they were embraced hard hard. And they cried so much.
